Centana Ben Thanh Hotel

Manager on reception Phen s the best example of perfect hospitality! He s making real service of 5 start hotel in this place! Every small problem/issue of guest in new counrty he s sorting out. I came when my son was in wheelchair, Phen every day was carrying this wheelchair on the steps. Even when he saw that we can not cross the road because of trafic, he was ran to us to help. He might not have done it, but he did it every day!!! He s person who makes this hotel really SPECIAL! If in the world be more people like this manager, world ll become perfect, like Centara hotel!

The staff very responsive and friendly.

The hotel staff were very friendly and very caring. They brought an extra fan and an extra chair to my room to make me comfortable. The room was quiet and pleasant to sleep.

they didnt have a twin room which we paid for so upgraded us for free , he was very helpful and also helped us book a taxi for 4am to get a sleeper bus

the size is a bit small. but overall okay. the staffs really helpful.
